upset, do not qualify as valid reasons for product returns. We advise consulting a healthcare professional prior

You will be eligible for a full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of
products have been damaged in transit or if wrong/ expired products are shipped due to any technical error.
However, If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, due to any of the above incidents must be reported to
customer service within 24-48 hours of delivery.

In case you received the wrong product, we request you keep the product safe, untampered and undamaged in its
original packaging. Retain the invoice, original box packing and the Serial/UPC number should be intact for a
successful pick-up and return. Unused and in its original new condition.
Products with a date of expiration of below 3 months or an expired product sent due to any technical error would
be eligible for a return, wherein, the complete amount of the product will be credited to the concerned person.
No returns or refund requests will be accepted for products with expiry dates over 3 months.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the same and validate the claim. 3 working days are
required to investigate and review your request. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or exchange will
be issued.

For COD orders, we will initiate the refund to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case our reverse
pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable
courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges RS 100 for any courier charges borne by you to your bank
account.
