• Nourysh is working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.
  • Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
  • Regarding Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation on WhatsApp /text will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order by mobile.
  • The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  • There are no shipping charges for prepaid orders.
  • There are no shipping charges for Cash on Delivery orders above the billing value of INR 1000. However, if your order is less than INR 500, there will be a shipping charge of INR 75 and if your order is more than INR 500 and less than INR 1000, there will be a shipping charge of INR 50.
  • Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.
  • We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Dispatch of all the ordered product (s) may or may not happen simultaneously.
  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged before handing them to our trusted delivery partners. We take extensive precautions for the safety of the products and their packaging while dispatching them. We pack our products in boxes.
  • If you order our products from a Sale event, dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 days from the Date of Order.
  • We do not ship outside India at the moment.
  • The estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 days once the order has been shipped.
  • The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding saturdays, sundays, and holidays are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.
  • If the order is updated as delivered but the customer has not received the order, the same has to be intimated to the customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
  • We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time if so warranted.
  • For all claims regarding shortages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. 3 working days are required to investigate and review your request.
